C.R.C., c. 759 Domestic Wine Spirits Remission Order

This Order may be cited as the Domestic Wine Spirits Remission Order.

Remission of the excise duty set out in subsection 1(1) of Part I of the schedule to the Excise Act imposed and levied pursuant to section 187 of that Act is hereby granted on the spirits used for the treatment of domestic wine after September 18, 1975, in any bonded manufactory.
